aprons, beautiful aprons!

Here's the deal: our little family is planning to move across an ocean, Lord willing, in about 9 months.  This blog is not somewhere we plan to discuss the details, but we will be glad to talk to anyone about it personally.  For the purposes of this blog, suffice it to say that we are incredibly blessed and believe that this is true of us so that we might be a blessing to others.

Anyhow, isn't this post supposed to be about aprons?  YES. Yes indeed.

As it turns out, moving across an ocean requires a pretty penny or two (or much more...).  So, with the help of Scarlet Threads, we are doing a little fundraiser.  If you buy an apron from us, you will accomplish at least 2 beautiful things:  (1) Help a family in rural Asia earn a fair wage by buying a product they have crafted [see here] and (2) Help our family get across the ocean to be blessing to others.  If you purchase one as a gift (hello, Christmas!), you also accomplish something else- delighting a loved one!

So here's what we have:

• 1 Daphne ($22- I had 2 of these, but the 1st was bought by one our lovely models!)
• 1 Betsy ($26)- also availble in child-sized (Xiao Betsy, $24**sold**)

• 1 Annie Jane- Reversible! Other side is a similar print in light blue ($34)
• 1 Kenzie ($25)

This first lot will be first come, first serve.  If we run out but have enough interest in these, we will work on ordering more and should be more than able to get them to you fairly quickly!
