Quick Update

Here are a few pics from life recently... admittedly, most are from a day trip yesterday.

Some language blunders, to date: 

-mistaking baking soda for salt

-trying to ask for something equivalent to Tums at the pharmacy, and ending up with what I think is either nausea medication or something for "stomach gas"

-regularly mixing up the words for "teacher" and "pregnant"

-having an entire conversation with my language partner where she was talking about the bookstore, I was talking about the library, and we thought we were talking about the same thing

And some language wins:

-being able to confirm that the sorbet at an ice cream place didn't have any milk (Addy was happy about it. See that last picture?)

-being able to ask for things at the market

-Addy spontaneously counting things in French at random moments during the day

-making appointments by phone in French
