home sweet home

After a month of house/dog-sitting, Collin & I are officially back in our apartment! Our sweet, lovely, 850 sq foot apartment... and I cannot fully express how good it is to be home. I am overly excited about sleeping in my own bed tonight. Living in someone else's ginormous house and having to maintain it for a month has made me SO THANKFUL for the simpler life we have chosen to live right now. For those of you who know me, you know I can't even keep up with my keys, wallet, or phone. BASIC ESSENTIALS. Imagine me scrambling for a month to keep up with not only my own insanity, but a plethora of other miscellaneous things... it's like a squirrel scrambling for acorns in preparation for winter hibernation. Basically, I've been frantic and crazy for a month. Poor Collin. He's probably got even more reason to be glad we're home than I do.
