she's cute, we know.

There's lots going on these days, which makes time fly.  I keep trying to find ways to savor everyday moments of our little family of 3.  Our sweet Addy girl is growing up so quickly. One of my favorite things to do is watch her fall in love with her Daddy.  I want them to have a special relationship and for her to know how a boy should treat her by the way her Daddy loves her (that's how it worked for me!), so I delight in her growing affection for her Daddy!

I digress. Anyhow, notable things of late include Addy's ability to stop every grandparent within her visibility as we go through stores.  This makes for some pinched cheeks and longer shopping trips, but a delighted daughter.  Addy LOVES to be out and about seeing and meeting new people.  These days she's eating some pureed food and puff/wafer type things.  And to our great delight, she's starting to move.  She army crawls & scoots on her belly for short distances.  A bunch of people look really nervous and seem to relive days of exhaustion chasing kids when I tell them this, but to me it's a delight.  Maybe I'll change my mind later, but for now it's awesome.

Also, we've been trying to get this girl's giggles on video since who knows when. She's kind of stingy with her giggles, and she generally gets distracted when technology enters her field of vision.  Collin had to sneak up on us for this video.  Again, please excuse my crazy mama voice.
