On Monday Collin finished up his comprehensive exams for his M.A. in Applied Linguistics. It was crazy to watch him write approximately 30 pages worth of research over the weekend, and I am really proud of him. It sucked, but it's done. He will hear the results in the next week or 2 (he knows when that's supposed to happen, but I can't remember right now)!
After all his exams and a few assignments for his last class, he will graduate in December. You have no idea how incredibly excited we are about NO MORE NIGHT SCHOOL. As we cross this finish line, we are lining up for a much longer and more awesome race ahead of us: parenthood. We will have about 1 1/2 months to take a breather though, as long as our baby girl doesn't come early. But for now, I am just trying to cheer Collin on to the finish of grad school: good job, babe!
