This post from the Rabbit Room really makes me want to read this book. I know I don't need to buy another book since I still haven't finished the last books I bought but I thought I might induce others to my compulsive book-buying habits.
The premise of this book is that the author decided, after trying to become the smartest man in the world by reading the entire Encyclopedia Britannica, that the only thing worthy enough to follow the Britannica was the Bible. He is ethnically Jewish and a self-proclaimed agnostic. It is also supposedly hilarious.
