1/4 of a year!

We've been married that long (as of yesterday)! Weird.



So, here's a list of a few of the numerous things I've learned during the past 3 months:
-being married is infinitely better than being engaged
-laughing is good medicine
-changing your name is rather tedious
-I shed more hair than I ever realized
-marriage is so good, but also very challenging
-the grace given to me in jesus is bigger than I ever knew
-getting a student spouse membership at the Tech rec is awesome. $20 for a semester? absolutely.
-having to be held accountable for every dollar you spend because someone else sees it all can ultimately make you a more frugal/financially responsible person
-changing all your "life roles" at once may or may not land you in a minor identity crisis- and lead you to be sane only in knowing that your identity is in Christ



All that to say it's been a good 3 months. Thanks, Jesus, for a good husband and lots of grace.
